The problem

Your business runs on tools that don’t know each other.

Metria replaces the patchwork with one system you shape yourself — tables, forms, pages and permissions that behave like one product, because they are.

Spreadsheets everywhere

Customer data scattered across tabs nobody fully trusts — and one paste away from breaking.

Tool sprawl

A form tool, a CRM, a portal, a chat thread — each with its own copy of the truth.

The dev backlog

The app your ops team actually needs is always two sprints away, forever.

Their side · branded forms

A form that feels like your studio, not our software.

Jordan opens your intake form — your logo, your questions, your voice. No account, no app to install. They hit send, and it’s already a card on your pipeline.

  • Your brand start to finish — customers never see Metria.
  • Publish each form on its own shareable link.
  • Submissions arrive shaped exactly the way you work.

Your side · the pipeline, alive

Every inquiry lands where the work happens.

When Jordan hits send it doesn’t vanish into an inbox. It drops onto your board as a living card — named, tagged, and waiting for you. Drag it forward; reply from the same place.

  • New inquiries appear on the board in real time, no refresh.
  • One clean stream of work — never a spreadsheet.
  • Notes and replies live on the card, with the whole history.

Both sides · portals & roles

Everyone sees exactly what they should.

Give Jordan a branded portal that shows just their project. Give your team the full board. Scope every role down to the field — enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

  • Customer portals show one project, on your brand.
  • Roles scope every table, view and field.
  • Enforced server-side with row-level security.

How it works

From blank workspace to running business in three moves.

Model your data

Create bases and tables that match how your business actually runs.

Publish forms & pages

Ship branded forms and portals straight from Studio — each one publishes on its own.

Run your business

Work the pipeline together, with chat on every record and ⌘K search across everything.

Security & control

Isolation isn’t a setting. It’s the schema.

Metria is built for businesses that answer to their own customers — so control is structural, not cosmetic.

Database-level tenant isolation

Your workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security — not just in the app layer.

Roles & field-level permissions

Scope who can see and edit every table, view and individual field. Enforced server-side.

Invite-only workspaces

Nobody joins your workspace without an explicit, email-bound invitation.

Data discipline by default

Your data belongs to you: export it any time, and we collect only what the product needs.

FAQ

Questions operators ask us

Is my data really isolated from other customers?

Yes — structurally. Every workspace’s rows are guarded by database-enforced row-level security in Postgres, so isolation holds at the storage layer, not just in application code.

Can my customers use forms without creating accounts?

Yes. Published forms are shareable links your customers open and submit — no account, no login. Each submission lands as a record in the table behind the form. You can also restrict a form to invited people when it’s internal.

How do roles and permissions work?

You define roles and assign them to people. A role scopes access per table and view, down to individual fields — including read masks and write rules — and every rule is enforced on the server.

Can we migrate from spreadsheets or Airtable?

Import CSV or Excel files directly into tables — columns become fields, rows become records. Most teams move a working spreadsheet in minutes, then add forms and views on top.

What does it cost?

Metria is in an invite-only beta. We’ll walk through pricing at the demo, based on your team size and what you’re building.

Do we need developers to run it?

No. Studio — where you model tables, build forms and set roles — is point-and-click. If you can structure a spreadsheet, you can build on Metria.
